The ground floor, facing the sea, houses a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living space, and a master suite with an adjoining shower room.
An additional room with two single beds is accessible through the kitchen or from the outside; this space, formerly a back kitchen, offers an extra sleeping solution without being a traditional bedroom. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds have their own shower rooms and share a large terrace, ideal for admiring the enchanting landscape of our region.
For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned. The exterior features a large driveway that allows parking for several vehicles, as well as a two-car carport. The beaches of La Nartelle and the numerous beach clubs are just a 5-minute drive away.
Shops and downtown restaurants are only 5 minutes away.

Seul regret, la piscine n’était chauffée (mais nous avions eu l’information), ce qui nous aurait permis d’encore plus profiter de cette magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Les chambres étaient confortables et tous les équipements de très bonne qualité. Aucune mauvaise surprise, Manon nous avait transmis toutes les bonnes informations et Carole nous a accueilli comme prévu et avec le sourire. Merci, ce sera un plaisir de revenir

27 / 04 / 2024A beautiful villa. Once you spend a few days here, you won’t want to leave. Absolutely stunning! The pictures really don’t do it justice. Only a few minutes drive to Saint Maxime. The views are incredible and the space inside and out are extremely generous. Highly recommended.

A great Carrefour is only a few minutes away, so we were able to purchase fresh ingredients for some delicious meals at the home. One night we took an Uber down to the heart of Sainte-Maxime where we walked the streets and shops before enjoying a fabulous dinner—super easy to get into town and back again. St Tropez was also an easy drive. In summary, great home with great views in a great location.

09 / 08 / 2024Lovely place, immediately felt at home. Carole very responsive and friendly. Pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and the garden is spectacular. Excellent kitchen and so important, the aircon was great. Very peaceful setting, golf course with restaurant and bar down the road, 10 mins drive to the beach clubs and the same to Sainte Maxime. Carole put us onto S-M tennis club which was welcoming and great value.
